This exercise expands your capacity for compassion by guiding you through the process of wishing…
The Ho’oponopono Practice of Forgiveness to Yourself
Imagine that the younger part of you is sitting in front of you. Send these words of forgiveness to the younger part of you. This is a way to offer love and compassion to that part of you that has held on to limiting beliefs as a way to protect yourself, and to now set that part of yourself free.
I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
I’m sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
When you feel complete with this process, bring your attention back into the room where you’re sitting. Put your attention on your heart and thank yourself for the time and care you gave to doing this.
This powerful process will help free you from the energy that’s kept old patterns stuck and will allow you to vibrate at a higher frequency of love.
